  We had an INCREDIBLE experience at Ben & Florentine on St.Charles in Kirkland!! We showed up with a ringette team and their parents (28!) and they made it happen! All the while smiling and providing excellent service!!! I am so glad we went there! I had been years ago and had not returned because I did not enjoy it... wow! What a different experience today!! Thanks to the whole team who took such great care of us!!!

  Worst place ever. Terrible service. One of the ladies wetted her finger with her mouth to be able to take two paper sheets ( on which ppl are supposed to eat) I was there this morning and they kept us waiting for too long although the restaurant was almost empty. The two people who were waiting before us left as they were also offended. I went to speak to the waitress and she was soooo ruid and said ' iam with a table right now' as she was taking an order so i told her 'well, i can go seat myself, you dont need to escort me to a table' so she left me talking and gave me her back and left. I couldn't believe it.

  Food is good, not expensive. The service could be a bit faster otherwise no complaints
